An architect with over 40 years of experience in the architecture of Programming, Management and Design of Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Medical and Institutional Projects.

He graduated from the Sir JJ College of Architecture, University of Bombay with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture in 1964 after which he set up his office in Pune and designed many notable projects in the city like Sancheti Hospital and Iyengar Yoga Institute.

In the course of our Principal Architects 20 year tenure in the US as a chief designer with the notable design firms H.N.T.B., Giorgio Dazzan and Associates and Gibbs Architects, he has worked on a number of prestigious Hotels like Hilton, Doubletree, Ramada Radisson and Convention Center and Techmart. The international experience and the exposure has added value and the technical expertise.

Upon his return to India in 1995, Kirit founded KIPA and is the firm’s head. Every bit the hands-on proprietor, Kirit overseas all design and production issues of KIPA’s projects as well as remaining actively involved in generating concepts and designs for all major projects.  Kirit has a keen interest in Music of all genres.
