Architectural Design For Victor Reinz India Pvt. Ltd. Pune India

The Victor Reinz India Pvt. Ltd., a German headquartered company is into sealant and gasket manufacturing for the automobile industry. The facility is spread over 5 acres of land and designed to be built in two phases. The project called for a pre-engineered building for the shop floor due to time constraints for construction. To be built on fast-track basis, the project has a three-level central warehousing connected by freight elevators. The warehouse in turn is connected to both the shop floors. The site is flanked by roads on two sides. Taking advantage of this, the main personnel entry is approached from the main road while the materials and heavy vehicle entry is accessed by the secondary road, thus maintaining desired segregation.

The dining area looks on to an open space flanked by picturesque hills.

The brief to optimize the use of site due to very low permissible ground coverage and to achieve segregated entries and exits for personnel and materials movement.
