 The brief – The IT SEZ is being developed by SP at MIHAN in Nagpur and is part of the larger MIHAN SEZ comprising of IT, healthcare, textile and aviation sectors. 

 

The SP IT SEZ consists of 75 lac sq. ft. of built-up area divided into four sectors and divided by an open space of 30 acres.  The buildings range from 2 lac to 4 lac sq. ft. built up each with flexible floorplates, allowing for a multiplicity of occupation models.  The development is designed as an urban development in a park like setting and will be the first major development in promoting Nagpur as a national IT hub.
