Architectural Design Pune Central for Siporex India Limited, Pune India

Located at one of Pune’s arterial roads, this state-of-the-art building houses an anchor store on the lower four floors with commercial spaces above. With a grand lobby atrium spanning six storeys and a sky lounge and restaurant above, Ascent is designed to be a major player in Pune’s ever expanding retail spaces.

The brief to design a commercial building that would serve as a focal point in a highly visible site in the city.
