Master Planning, Architecture & Landscape Design of Park Street, for P Cube Developers Pune India
Park Street is a master plan of residential – cluster units, row houses, and apartments – a clubhouse and convenience shopping Centre, and an IT complex. The cluster units are semi-detached structures that divide into four bungalows. Each unit has an internal courtyard, a private garden and parking. The row houses are designed as parallel lines that share and look onto large landscaped community gardens. A central spine road separates the high-rise towers from the low-rise development.
The brief to design a mixed-use development that offered the best experience in both housing, shopping and office work.
