The brief –The development is spread over 58 acres of  a heavily contoured site in Talegaon. It is a mixed use layout comprising of Shopping , Multiplex, School , Club, Budget Housing Apartments And Bungalows.

The layout addresses the view corridors, the use of existing water ways and creating large open spaces.
