The approach taken in the master plan was to develop the township along the guidelines of a city. A central spine is flanked by secondary streets, analogous to an urban development surrounded by suburban areas. Respect is given to the ecologically rich site through a conscious effort to retain the natural elements, flora and fauna and complementing it further by generating open spaces of varying scales within.
The residential layout was planned around the water body created from the natural nala running through the site. Using it as a centerpiece, the bungalows are designed as four types that front onto the water body off peripheral streets. The apartments are designed as clusters along the central spine road and have apartments ranging from 1200 to 6000 sq. ft. with full amenities.
The brief To design a Master Plan comprising of Residential bungalows, Redwood – Casurina , Cypress Pecan, Golden nest, High-end Residential Ivy glen, IT Buildings Marisoft 3 , Marisoft 4 , Senior Citizens Housing , Royal Orchid Golden Suites Service Apartments and Royal Orchid Hotel and Adlabs Multiplex.
