Architectural Design of Holiday Inn For Vascon Engineers Ltd. Pune India.

 

Located on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway, the Holiday Inn is designed as a business hotel. It comprises of an All-Day Dining, Business Center, Function Rooms, Function Lawns And A Theme Outdoor Restaurant. The hotel has a capacity of 187 rooms with a scalability option of upto 230 rooms.

 

It also encompasses a roof top restaurant, and has facilities like a spa, gymnasium and a swimming pool with water features.

 

The brief   to design business hotel catering to intercity and business travelers.
