Master Planning, Architecture, & Landscape Design For Purple Properties , Pune   India

 

Located at the scenic edges of Pune, this ten acre development was planned with an intention of keeping the undulating topography intact.  The very nature of the ground-scape allowed for a unique development of 130 distinctively designed upslope, downslope, and flat site semi-detached bungalows as well as a dramatic clubhouse serving the recreational needs of the community.  The typology created is that of a bright, cohesive residential fabric that is a delight to inhabit.

 

 

The brief to design a master plan comprising of roads, residential bungalows, clubhouse, landscape and services.
