Architecture & landscape design for Walchand Industries Charitable Trust, Pune India

When the Walchand Trust decided to find a school on the principles of innovative, holistic learning, they called on KIPA. We gave them a learning environment which diffuses the classroom into the terraces and gardens, where the passages and courts become learning sites, and the advanced data connectivity connects the children to the world.

The brief to design a school for K.G. to higher secondary, fully equipped with labs, music room, multipurpose hall, library and dining hall.

Scope of work architecture, landscape design and documentation.

Project area total area – 92,000 sq. ft.

20,000 sq. ft. – phase I; 38,000 sq. ft. – phase II;

34,000 sq. ft. – phase III
