Master Planning & Architecture For Alpic Finance and Mega ACE Pune. India

Designed as one of its kind in Asia, the Asian Centre for Excellence is a miniature city, which expands along the arterial walls that appear and disappear as they slice through the built masses, dividing the complex into four quadrants. Yet it is these walls that unify the complex and make it into one large building. The functionality of the wall changes from cloisters to a courtyard and transforms what should be non-space into something interesting and functional.
