Architecture and Landscape design of Marisoft phase 3, for Marigold Premises Pvt. Ltd  Pune   India


The brief – Designed as two independent wings linked by a central atrium, Marisoft III is the flagship of the Marisoft Technology Park. 


Built to house some of India’s leading IT and ITes companies such as Tata Telecom, M-Source, Cybage, and others, Marisoft III is fitting structure to represent the infotech boom occurring in the city of Pune.


The floor plates are designed so as to maintain the flexibility of a single-user occupancy both vertically and horizontally while at the same time allowing the building to be occupied by multiple tenants.
